Extended Stay America Suites - Waco - Woodway, Waco

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to main highways and downtown, making it ideal for my work in Waco, Tx. The rooms were not as clean as expected and had a cigarette smell, though being close to work during an ice storm was a plus. The service was friendly and helpful overall, especially during check-out. The dining options were limited to packaged muffins and granola bars, but an in-house gym would be a great addition. The hotel is next to freeways and a shopping mall, offering convenience despite lacking cleanliness in the rooms.
